Today, more than any other day in recent memory, I wish:
- That all kids had capable, loving, attentive (but not too attentive), and constant people to care for them. All kids.
- That there really is someone for everyone, and that each person has both the opportunity and the will to meet them.
- That we all spend more time reading good books. Aloud to other people. And we all take turns, and get a chance to have good conversations about them.
- That we all take turns.
- That we all tried harder in certain areas, and less hard in others.
